Open Web Lab is an educational and demonstration platform providing:

  • Free AI-powered tools (sentiment analysis, text generation)
  • Bio-signal and health data dashboards (illustrative/demo data)
  • Data science experiments and visualizations
  • Educational blog content and tutorials
  • Utility tools (JSON formatter, word counter, sleep calculator, etc.)

All tools are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers
  • Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
  • Use AI tools to generate spam, misinformation, or deceptive content at scale
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Health & bio-signal data: All health metrics, HRV scores, sleep data, and biometric visualizations on this platform are illustrative and for educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.

AI-generated content: Outputs from the AI text generator and sentiment analysis tool may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them for critical decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Open Web Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its tools.

Total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed €0 (zero euros), reflecting that all services are provided free of charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, text content, logos, and original materials on Open Web Lab are owned by or licensed to Open Web Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain ownership of any text, data, or content you submit to the tools. You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process your input solely to provide the service. We do not store or share your inputs.

Educational blog posts and tutorials on this platform may be quoted with proper attribution and a link back to the original article.

7. Privacy
